Blood Games — Wayne Saunders

In this third in the series, Jilly and Rick Chandler, the wife and husband detective team working in southwestern England, are faced with the serial deaths of three ladies from an employment agency's staff. Women are being stabbed and sliced open making for a very messy crime scene. Suddenly, the crime scenes are different, because the killer has changed their routine, why? Frank Claxton the star forward for the Farndon Warriors has been murdered on his estate and his body is found beaten in the woods on his property by his wife. She is less than distraught over her dead husband, leading to an interesting turn in the case for the two detectives. Many people hated him but who killed him?
