In ancient Ionia, there are no private detectives, any wrong doing is the matter of the family. However Bias, the lesser priest of Poseidon Holikonios in Priene, has been asked to solve a private mystery. It appears that Kreton, the patriarch of the neighboring estate, suspects his daughter-in-law of carrying on with someone other than her husband. Is it one of Kreton's other sons?
