Mary Ralston flies to Swwitzerland with Lazarus Bacon to spy on the Committee of Ten led by Luceres Ramnes, Lazarus' older twin and a man she calls "Papa." Not wearing an implanted banking chip called the "Mark," the twins pay for everything.
