Are We Alone? — Ben Masselink

Two boys alone in a hostile world. Rick and Brian never thought they'd make it. Caught in a sudden, violent storm, their windsurfers blown far out to sea, they are relieved to swim to the safety of a tiny island. Yet, is it really safe? The boys can shelter themselves, but the island is snake infested and dangerous. Their search for food becomes a daily battle against insects, the searing sun, poisonous moray eels, and always the deadly rattlers.
