This book is not intended to tell you everything about the Americas or how America came to be.  It is merely intended to indicate those of us who happen to be here are simply all immigrants, even the ancient peoples of the Americas!  And even the ancient peoples came in search for a better life! (And this is something a kid can discuss with grown-ups, as this is indeed the basic intent of this book, to open up the conversation!)
