This twisted science fiction tale involves the lives of the same man from different realities trying to bring water to one very arid version of earth from a water-world version of earth. While the man's clone from another reality replaces the "god-like genius" that is needed to help solve the world's water problems, he has problems of his own - love problems. When those problems lead to the death of the one that he loves, he resets time to a point of coming to this particular reality and tries again.
