Alex McCleary is on a mission to find a long-lost childhood friend. His chase leads him through a long list of self-proclaimed alien abductees, who always describe the same, classic, "green man." As he dives deeper into the world of paparazzi-type stories and characters, he begins to question his own sanity. As he logically sorts through fantasy and reality, he discovers that nothing was as it had seemed... with his childhood friend or the hundreds of crazy abductees.
