A Your Heart Is Always With Me — A. Ravikumar

The book title as A Short Story has the sub-title as "Your Heart Is Always With me" narrates the following story. There are six intimated friends from school life onward. Louis and Stella are real lovers and get married. Victor and Jasmine are lovers, but since Victor has been affected by heart problem, jasmine by her dad's compulsion marries a doctor. Louis after college study, has joined as a junior military officer. One day he is severely wounded at the war and admitted at the hospital at the dangerous condition. At his last moment, he wishes to gift his heart to his dearest friend Victor whose heart has been poor working condition. He requested his wife Stella to marry Victor after his death and after transplantation of his heart to Victor. She promised his husband to do so. Victor after transplantation of heart initially hasn't consented to marry Stella. After a few days he accepted to marry her. Jasmine, the former lover of Victor has lost his husband Peter, who is a doctor by car accident. Stella's son Kingsley has joined as a doctor and Jasmine's daughter Mary joined as nurse at military office. They mutually understand among themselves and deeply love each other. One day due to war Kingsley is severely wounded and seriously admitted at the hospital. Even at the dangerous moment Mary weds him and due to her continuous prayer and meditation over God and God's grace Kingsley is saved from the huge risk.
