A Beautiful Bunch of Poseys The Poseys are your typical family -- well, not precisely typical. They have their own special eccentricities, as does everyone else. Through simple, or contrived good fortune, they comprise a beautiful bouquet. Mr. Forrest and his wife, Fern, are the parents to a large family of seven girls and one son -- all having one thing in common…their beautiful botanical names…each more flowery than the next. Perhaps it was a lovely idea to follow tradition, but living in Garden City, Kansas, on Orchard Lane, well…one can see the difficulty they might have. It isn't easy being floral. With the help of his good friend, Charlie, he would manage to sweet talk this little bit of femininity right out of her dainties -- or his name wasn't Blackie Barker.
