A Longing for Danger — Glen Ebisch

Charles Bentley, a retired English professor at Opal College in Massachusetts, travels to New Hampshire to help a woman he once loved. She is the president of Royston College and is accused of inappropriately attempting to influence a tenured committee. Charles discovers that past obligations can often lead to very present dangers.
