Karla ‘Jenks' Jenkins is a star basketball player for the New York Angels. Her wife is team doctor Elizabeth ‘Beth' Powell. No one knows of their relationship outside of their family and close friends. During a game early in the season, Jenks suffers an injury that could not only end her basketball career, she may never walk properly again.
