Description
When revolution spilled across the planet Hong Kong local corrupt politicians took direct control. They activated contingency plans and ordered ships seized by their own forces. For some unsuspecting ships the danger is all to real. The captain of the Empire ship Paney has a problem. Orders have come replacing half his crew with outsiders as part of an experiment.
