This book is about a first grade little boy who was the only student in the class who had not lost his first tooth. Everyone in this elementary school, including the bus driver, knew that Billy B had not lost his tooth. He could not wait for the day his first tooth came out so that he could put it in the special envelope designed by his principal. This envelope was given to all students to give to the Tooth Fairy.
Billy B's tooth was loose, but it would not come out. Well, Billy B lost his first tooth, but he really lost it and he did not have a tooth to put in the special envelope.

He was very upset.
