Destiny provides two choices, the one that should be taken and the one that actually is taken. For Alexander, a surgeon nearing the pinnacle of his career, fate has decided for him but he refuses to accept its decree. Realizing he has died, Alexander strikes a deal to return to his earthly existence and in doing so unknowingly smuggles an amulet that holds a special power; a power that allows him all the entitlement and prestige of his greatest desire.
