Sue Lin is a three year old girl when her parents are killed. She is snatched by a farm family and forced to work in the fields for several years until she meets a very special Bengal Tiger. They run away together, traveling along the Silk Road to take her home to her father's family in Kathmandu. The adventures they encounter as they travel the upper Silk Road are enlightening, life threatening, and filled with the grandeur of high mountain passes, meadows and most unusual people. The setting is in the 1940's. The ending will touch your heart!
