Chalet Bougy-Villars — Susan Marvin

Susan didn't know if she believed in ESP. Greg -- her new husband -- made light of it. Yet ever since the plane had touched down in Geneva, Kathy her six-year-old daughter, had been filled with terror, saying her mother would die if they stayed in Switzerland. And several time before, Kathy's premonitions of evil had come true.

After two weeks at Chalet Bougy-Villars, Susan knew the danger was not in Kathy's mind. A near-fatal motor bike crash on the tortuous mountain roads, a shot aimed at Susan out of nowhere a mysterious explosion that almost sent a rockslide tumbling around her…Susan tried to hide her fear from Greg, and yet at the same time, was inexpiably afraid of him.

The other tenants of the elegant Chalet, Charles and Vanessa Simpson, warned her to be careful. They said murder had been committed at Bougy-Villars before. Vanessa had read it in the victims horoscope -- although nobody had believed her.
