Heather is looking forward to celebrating Halloween when she is roped into an investigation.

Her grouchy neighbor Mr. Rankle recruits her to find out who pelted his shop with eggs overnight and heather reluctantly agrees.

Things become complicated when one of the people she uncovers as a vandal winds up murdered.

Mr. Rankle looks like the prime suspect!

But he couldn't have done it, could he?

Armed with some Candy Corn Donuts, Heather sets out to uncover the full story.
