Throwback — Steve Vassey

An unusual murder near a freshwater bog leads Buck Hawthorne to an infestation of strange fays on his home planet. On Meadow's world, the dragons have inexplicably vanished, and the magic is growing increasingly unpredictable. Are the two situations on separate worlds somehow related?
