Description

By a fluke, El Capitán Ronaldo García is appointed El Capo of all Granada province. Law and order is now in the hands of one of the most incompetent but would-be corrupt of all Guardia. So what's new? Pepe is soon asked to join him. After having the ceiling fan removed, El Capo's first act is to look into ways of revenging himself against Capitana Carmen in Varigo.
