Description
Several thousand years ago, a war had broken out within the world. None of the sides involved had been victorious at its end, and the only thing it had accomplished was nearly destroying Earth by the use of weapons of mass destruction. One such weapon had caused a rift to open inside the Arctic Circle. Within hours of the gate's opening, hundreds of demons had begun pouring out of it to claim the world as their new home. Needless to say, another war had broken out; this time between the humans and demons in a pointless attempt to prove who the dominate species were to be.The rivers and lakes ran red with blood once more, and countless bodies of both species lay strewn across the lands as crow bait within days of the rift's appearance. Marquis, the lord of the demons, had decided one day that he had had enough of the death and destruction they were creating. Locating the leader of the human's resistance, Marquis had proposed to him a surrender...of sorts.
