With hope of not repeating the pattern of self-destruction he developed in high school, Billy Reichenbach aims to reinvent himself as a freshman in college. However, plagued by incessant impulsivity and a quick temper he finds himself, once again, in an inescapable predicament. Juggling rash commitments and conflicting responsibilities pushes Billy beyond the limits of his capacity.
