Everett John "Patch" Kinkade isn't fazed by violence and death. He has battled rival MCs in bare-knuckle brawls, survived laying down a bike at 90 mph over 400 feet of asphalt, and locked horns with shady law-enforcement agents.

But when Patch learns that four of his fellow Infidelz have been mysteriously executed, their frozen bodies left on display in a meat locker, he knows that this is a sin that will require maximum payback.

Unfortunately for Patch, solving the murders is not a simple matter. The killer won't show his face. The more Patch investigates, the more he is convinced that the answers he seeks can only be found within the walls of a federal prison. Hatching a plan that could get him killed or, worse, keep him behind bars for the rest of his life, Patch must break into prison to get the answers he needs and hunt down the assassin. It is the worst possible environment for Patch to execute his revenge, a place where he is surrounded at all times by truncheon-wielding correctional officers and watched constantly by video cameras, and where his fellow inmates just might want him dead. He will have to overcome these obstacles to learn who is responsible for the murders of his club brothers and settle the score.

Patch's investigation points to an Eastern European crime lord, a killer wanted in two countries. On the outside, Patch is royalty, revered by his fellow Infidelz and respected even by ordinary citizens. Inside the lockdown, he desperately needs to watch his back, because every question he asks and every clue he unearths is like pulling the trigger in a deadly game of Russian roulette, and Patch knows that he might be on his final chamber.
