District Nurse — Phyllis Mallett

Desperate for a change to her humdrum routine, Helen Barclay accepts the post of district nurse and moves to the Norfolk countryside with her mother to take care of patients in several villages. They both soon settle in, and are happy with their new circumstances. Then two men enter Helen's life. One brings a host of dark emotions that threaten to confuse her, and the other seems to be just what she needs...but is he?
