Description
Sammy is a successful, cheeky and friendly little racing car, he is naïve about the world beyond the racing track and, once retired, faces the new challenge of being a normal car. After many years, he becomes worn out and neglected, but still hopes of brighter times. With the help of friends, feline, human and automotive, he enjoys a different, but equally pleasurable future.I am a single 53-year-old man and I have always loved classic cars and have owned many. I was surprised that no one had written, for children, about such a fun and characterful car as the Austin Healey Sprite. The concept of Sammy seemed so compatible with this type of car.
