The Wooden King delivers a different kind of magic in this extraordinary fantasy when three siblings, Holly, Jasmine, and Melody, set off searching for their ever-escaping dog Charlie. Charlie eventually leads the siblings to a place where they discover in a cave-like dwelling a gigantic trunk belonging to a rare oak; where they learn from the Wooden King how and why the trunk of the rare oak is there and how he desperately needs their help. Should the girls decide to help the Wooden King, he will take them on an adventure like no other to retrieve a rare golden acorn and an emerald key from a new kind of species known as the Neplèns.
