Halloween creeps in, bringing costumes, carbs, and a corpse or two... Estes Park is bustling with fall tourists as Winifred and Katie deck out the Cozy Corgi Bookstore and Bakery, while corgi mascot, Watson, helps in his own special way-snacking, napping, and being his adorable grumpy self.
