Kevin and Kenneth Whitley are twin brothers and are the best of friends. Wherever you saw one, you saw the over and vice versa. They were very protective over one another because they were born to a crackhead in prison. They were immediately placed in the Baltimore City Department of Child Welfare. Kevin and Kenny were eventually placed in a foster home. They were there for 5 years until DSS found out that they were being abused and was taking out.
