A mid-20-something, rad-n-ripped Asian American appears in a downtown Newport (RI) coffeehouse one May day in 2024. The British American barista takes notice of a chart on his table that includes a list of the larger US cities and climate data. They strike up a conversation. Both are intrigued by the other.
