When Josh Pratt agrees to provide security for a charismatic Sioux blues musician at the opening of a new casino, he walks into no man's land between two Okapachee Sioux biker gangs: the traditionalist Red Shirts who want nothing to do with the white man's ways, and the modernist Blue Shirts who see the casino as a boon.
