Abrupt climate change melted ice caps and flooded coasts. Outcast Regina Shen has unique DNA that the World Federation's Department of Antiquities believes can prevent human extinction. Not trusting them, Regina jumps the barrier wall into the Federation to hunt for her sister, kidnapped by Antiquities two years earlier. To get close to her sister, she has to sneak onto a closed-university campus with heavy security. Then she has to use her wits to escape and find her sister without letting either of two rival Antiquities inspectors capture her. With time running out, can she rescue her sister from an obvious trap?
