Description
When a Jack the Ripper copycat killer murders a waitress in Whitechapel, a tabloid newspaper hires private detective Matthew Reid, descendant of the detective on the original case, as a publicity stunt to sell newspapers. Meanwhile, when Reid's daughter Chelsea, a survivor of a vicious attacker who butchered her face, learns that a killer is stalking a group of Ripperologists at a writer's convention in Florida, Reid's investigation becomes much more than he bargained for. With the help of the ghosts of the original five victims of the Ripper, Chelsea discovers that a sadistic entity believes itself to be the ghost of the Jack the Ripper, and when the entity starts hopping bodies, the streets of Fort Lauderdale run red with blood.
