Blood Corps — L. Douglas Hogan

Blake and Tori are struggling to survive while working as secondhand bounty hunters for a shady black-ops government program called the Fugitive Recovery and Tactical, or FRAT, when they discover they have stumbled into a world of espionage and shadow governments. They must recruit help from unlikely places to assist them in unraveling the truth before they can be freed from the snares they have stumbled into. Along the way they will have to face the harsh realities of the post-Tyrant landscape and work together to solve the riddle that's plaguing their minds: “Who's really in charge?”
