A king, a very strong and powerful ruler, was devoted to his followers and more so to his daughter, his only heir, Bethany. At a mere fourteen years of age, Bethany was strong in her own right, strong and curious. Curiosity can lead to adventure, to treasures, but curiosity can also lead to trouble, to danger.
