Jill toils away in obscurity as a grocery store clerk in a small town in western Virginia. It's not a glamour job but Jill's afraid to leave it because of a dream, a dream that seems more real than life itself. After a particularly difficult day, Jill makes a wish to the gods, hoping that the Universe will provide.
