Please read all nine books of the Blue Series before reading this novel. Blue Dawn, Part 1 is one of a two book sequel to the Blue Series. As a continuation of the same storyline, Part 1 takes place almost at the end of Blue Flame, Volume 8. There is very little backtracking or summarizing of the Blue Series in this sequel.
