Brian and Sean Quinn are two kids with a cool hobby: they're private detectives.

It's time for the town of Redoaks's annual parade in celebration of the city's founding, and this year a time capsule will be opened and its contents revealed. Now someone is trying to stop the parade before it starts -- with sabotage! But why would anyone want to wreck the celebration? When Sean and Brian Quinn discover it's all an elaborate ruse, it's up to them to capture the saboteur and put the celebration back on track.
