The cowboy and the ladies. The Twin Diamond Health Resort Ranch for Women in New Mexico is an oasis for weary, wealthy ladies looking to recover their zest for living. Not the least of the ranch's many assets is its pretty blond director of activities, Sally Pettigrew, who can make any guest feel right at home. But Sally isn't feeling right at home herself at the moment. One reason is the ranch's new manager, Miss Lola Craddock. The rumor is that the violet-eyed Lola was hired to land a buyer for the Twin Diamond. If that's true, all the more reason for Sally's beau -- ranch foreman Tom Rayne -- to quit and go into business for himself, as she's been after him to do. But Tom can't see it her way, and in desperation Sally tells him she won't marry him until he does. Her timing is bad. A gorgeous former ranch guest who on her last visit made a play for Tom that scared Sally silly, checks in again. And this time it looks as if she may get away with Sally's man.
