Teaching high school has its pluses and minuses, so when her husband decides teaching is half-way between a D plus and a C minus, Andy Keller suggests they do something else, something easy, like managing apartments. They settle in to what they expect to be a stress-free life of cleaning, painting walls, changing light bulbs, sweeping up trash, and trying to find and keep good tenants.
