ONE NASTY BUMP CAN BRING ON A WHOLE LOTTA HURT

Slocum woke up with one hellfire headache this morning, and it's no hangover. Seems the wagon full of ordnance he was "protecting" got bushwacked by a band of raiders, leaving him for dead. But thanks to a Kiowa loner named Stonekiller, he's not. Just mad.

Stonekiller thinks Slocum's attackers were a lowdown lot of renegade braves led by Bloody Hand. a self-proclaimed Messiah of the red man. He's got twenty young bucks riding behind him, devoted to killing. And there's a small matter of those Winchester rifles and ammo that Bloody Hand took from Slocum's wagon. Even with Stonekiller's help, the whole situation looks pretty grim.

But Slocum's steamed. And that's enough.
