The Courilof Affair — Irene Nemirovsky

In 1903 Léon M�"a devout terrorist�"is given the responsibility by the Revolutionary Committee of publicly “liquidating” Valerian Alexandrovitch Courilof, a notoriously brutal and cold-blooded minister.
