When the crew of the tramp freighter and sometime pirate ship Kangaroo accidentally brings the Martian Flu back on board, temporary captain Seattle Kelly orders a raid upon Callisto Colony for medical supplies. Her younger brother Vancouver disagrees with her decision, and must forge a dangerous alliance with the one crewman who might possibly save all their lives...or shoot him in the back.
