Tangerine City — Hilary West

The short stories in this collection are very varied, from a family's searching for their past in 'The Lost Banner of Hertford Darcy' to the intrigue of 'The Rose Garden' where a band of spies must find their new leader as quickly as possible but only have cryptic and mysterious clues and anagrams with which to do so. In 'House of God's Rainbow' a resurrected Christ comes back to earth, but this has queer ramifications for all and provides a shock ending. These twenty tales are diverse and of the imagination.
