Maude, The Flop-Eared Mule — Douglas Wilson

Maude is a little mule who came into town on a train and was auctioned off to a kindly farm family. At the farm, she met and became friends with the other farm animals. She was also taught the various chores she would be responsible for. The little mule came to love the farm and the family she had become a part of.
