As Ruby and Antonio get ready for their 10-year high school reunion, some of their old feelings rise to the surface. Ruby had a crush on him throughout high school, but he was always with Marla who showered him with homemade gifts, including cupcakes, cookies, and sweaters that she knitted for him. How can Ruby who doesn't have a domestic bone in her body ever compete with that? Maybe she should take up knitting. It can't be too hard, can it? What Antonio sees in Ruby is a beautiful woman who makes everyone around her smile. Back in high school, he never got the nerve to ask her out because she always seemed too refined for someone like him. But now that he owns a chain of restaurants, he feels that he has more to offer someone like her. All he has to do is convince her -- and her parents -- that he's good enough for her.
