Julia Hollister's father is having a difficult time making ends meet, and the only option he sees is to marry off his daughters. Stone Michaels has become a successful rancher. He has everything he wants, except for one thing: a family. After he realizes there is very little chance of finding a single woman where he is in the mountains of Colorado, he responds to Mr. Hollister's letter about Julia.
