Dariana and Simone are two beautiful warrior women who are sent through the portal from Kayar to Kayan. They are twins who look nothing alike. Now the time has come for them to return and for the Stones to be healed. The Stones are the life force of the planet. When they are at full strength, they sustain the world. The animals, plants, and the people flourish. Weakened by the virus, the people have become nearly barren and the children who are born are not blessed with the telepathic and psychic gifts of their race. Immunity to the virus is rare. Fortunately, King Shamar, Queen Shamara and their children, Simon, Darian, and Andrea are among those blessed. During the long twenty-five years, the king and queen maintained the Stones as best they could with the aid of their Regents.
