A Spell in Normandy — David White

Normandy may be everybody's idea of a green and peaceful haven but Denis Miller discovers that green can turn very black and that a haven can become a mortal trap. The story unravels against a background of genuine country-living and nature notes that give a certain perspective to some very unnatural events. And if that view is not wholly reassuring, A Spell in Normandy offers the reader some smiles as well.
