Mary Duncan is a New York City detective who has been transferred to the homicide division. Mary's entire way of thinking about things changes one morning on her way to work when she sees a child's body lying on the ground, dead from bullet wounds. Mary vowed to clean up the streets and make it a better place for kids to grow up. She thinks she has found the right team to help her carry out her plan, but soon learns things are not always as they seem. Mary comes across an article about a Young lady who is committing murders throughout the streets of Massachusetts. She had already aimlessly killed ten people in two nights. Mary wasn't going to sit around and let that happen, even if it was out of her jurisdiction. Will Mary and her team of detectives become victims of the insanity this girl is living?
