Description
Jewelry thief, American Cari Remer believes she's pulled off the biggest heist retrieving some of Russia's famous baubles for Russian criminal Danilov when it horribly backfires on her. After being beaten and tossed in the river Cari fights for her life recovering in Moscow detective David Akiri's apartment. It's a game of cat and mouse between them while Cari is eager to find Danilov and David wants to protect her from herself and the criminal influence. Going on a wild goose chase through Moscow at night concludes at famous Sanjunovskaya Baths and a steamroom shoot out. Learning Danilov is in the Caribbean, Cari rushes there to right a wrong leaving David suspended and crushed. To her astonishment David follows her there and together they infiltrate Danilov's compound. Getting caught wasn't on the agenda and once again they are involved in another deadly shoot out. With Danilov arrested, David sadly returns to his previous life and Cari goes island hopping until he once again surprizes her along the beach.
