Despite his condition, the SBG moves foward with a plan to avert an all out Galactic war. The Terrace Centralists, now out in the open, have seceeded from the Galactic Union and, leaving the Senate to broker a deal that forgoes military conflict. With the Senate, the Centralists and the Cauldron all playing their hands at the summit, Elijah finds himself with few allies.
